Natural Vitamins

Vitamins can aid in a healthier life. This has never been under question to the medical field. What is under question is that one of this…is natural vitamins better then synthetic vitamins? That is debated among many people.

Natural Vitamins are just that, made from natural materials. They come from herbs and are believed to be much healthier for you. Well others will say that they have little or no benefits to the taker of these vitamins.

Those on the side of natural vitamins claim that synthetic vitamins can actually cause deficiency in your body. It said that man made vitamins are filled with “unnatural” things that are not fit for human consumption. They further think that a person that reads a label on a pill bottle that claims the vitamin to be “ all natural” should be charged for false advertising.

However doctors will tell patients to take vitamins for they improve health. This leads to much confusion in vitamin takers. The debate has long be going on and one that promises to continue. But let us go back seventy years from now…what did they use for vitamins? Yes that is right – Food. It is our society of fast food and quick dinners, or no dinners that make us all reach for our one a day vitamins. Perhaps if we would eat properly and get the right amount of sleep we would not have to worry so much about which vitamin is the right for us to be choosing. After all….when was the last time you saw an orange ( you know those orange round fruits in the store) with 3000mg of vitamin C? I think you would need to eat a heck of a lot of oranges to get that kind of nautral vitamin.

Which ever vitamin your choose, or if you choose to get your vitamin in the natural form remember your body is like your car…it needs proper maintenance to last a long time.
