If you are breathing while reading this you have experienced some form of stress or another in your life time. This is an unavoidable fact of the world that we live in. Never before in history have humans had the technology that we have today. We have faster cars, that cost ten times more then they use to, and road rage was born. We have cell phones to make calls that could wait at a cost that we can’t afford, to make our lives easier? We have pagers so we can be reached anywhere and anytime, any day…..and the sound of the beep, beep, beep sends our nerves to rattle on the edge. We have high speed internet so that we can do things faster, and worry about what our children are doing in the cyber world, that is filling up with the evil we have tried to shield them from. Our children are getting a new disease with letters that could rewrite the alphabet. You gave birth to your children but you can’t discipline them, but the doctors says that your can medicate for ADD, and ADHD, and if that does not work? Give them a…. TIME OUT!
Yes the stress of the world we live in has never been higher and the symptoms of stress are as clear as my new HDTV. ( High definition television) you might cognize yourself in some of the symptoms of stress. Are your muscles tight? How about your stomach does it feel upset and not “right”? Does your head start to pound in the middle of the day when everything “normal”? If you say yes to two of three of these symptoms your body is trying to tell you something…. Don’t sweat the small stuff!
Stress is what the doctors call a silent killer. Stress can show in you medical health by the following symptoms. High blood pressure, colitis, rashes, frequent urination and heart disease.
