The best time to start is to visit your doctor before you take on any of the above mentioned personal care steps. Keeping up with regular visits to a doctor can ensure your overall health and fitness. Of course this also requires that you chose a doctor that you are comfortable enough with to tell him/her the truth about your questions and concerns. In doing this, you are guaranteeing your personal well being for a long and healthy life in all of its aspects.
